Refund policy

We hope you love our natural products! If you are not completely satisfied within 60 days please contact Sawyer at sawyer@sonomawoolcompany.com. We happily accept returns and exchanges, but ask that the customer pays the full return shipping (which is still discounted). Felted items must be returned in their original size for a refund. If you're unsure and plan to trim your wool, we suggest you try it first before cutting!

Please note that our discounted return shipping labels are automatically sized for the original box your items arrived in. If you've already recycled the original box, you can find it's dimensions on the top right of the return shipping label if provided. Feel free to use a different sized box, just note that we simply charge what the carrier charges us and hold that from your refund.

Items listed as "Barn-Bin" in our clearance section are not returnable or refundable -- all sales are final. Feel free to email us at sawyer@sonomawoolcompany.com with any questions you might have prior to ordering!
